Crypto-funded INR payments: proof the merchant needs

crypto payments in Indiaproof of merchant settlementCryptoSe app

A crypto-funded purchase has more than one evidence trail. Your wallet records a blockchain transfer. The conversion service records the conversion. The merchant’s banking record and receipt establish the INR payment for the purchase.

These records should connect, but they are not interchangeable. A transaction hash alone cannot demonstrate that the merchant received the invoice amount.

CryptoSe is coming soon. This guide explains a proposed crypto-to-INR payment approach. Contact CryptoSe to confirm current access, KYC, supported assets and networks, merchant eligibility and written terms before transferring funds. It does not claim universal acceptance or that the service is available for your purchase today.

    What to confirm before authorisation

Before authorisation, ask CryptoSe what confirmation will identify the merchant, net INR amount, payment time and settlement reference. Ask the seller what reference it needs to allocate the payment to your order. Some invoices require an order or customer identifier in addition to an amount.

After payment, reconcile the merchant’s acknowledgement with the invoice. If the seller cannot find the credit, provide the INR settlement reference through a verified channel, not just a wallet screenshot.

    Payment evidence and follow-up

Keep one record set containing the accepted quote, transaction hash, invoice, settlement reference and merchant receipt. If an order is still pending, ask whether the issue is bank credit, order allocation or fulfilment. A paid invoice does not itself prove goods were delivered.

How to discuss this payment with CryptoSe

Send the team the intended purchase, final INR amount and the specific issue described above. Ask whether it can support this payment and request a current, itemised quote. Verify every instruction through official channels. In the proposed merchant flow, conversion and INR settlement are separate: the merchant receives rupees, not USDT or other crypto over UPI.

Review how CryptoSe works and supported assets for context, but reconfirm the exact network and transaction eligibility with the team. Only authorise a transfer after you understand the instructions, costs and expected evidence. Keep the seller’s receipt as well as the crypto transaction record.

    Indian tax and cost considerations

No fixed rate, fee or completion time is offered in this article. Section 194S provides for 1% TDS subject to applicable conditions and thresholds; TDS is a tax credit, not a platform fee. Income from VDA transfers is generally subject to Section 115BBH at 30%, plus applicable surcharge and cess. Using crypto for a purchase does not automatically remove transfer-related tax obligations. Retain acquisition and transfer records and ask a qualified CA about your circumstances.

Ask CryptoSe about your payment before moving assets. Describe the invoice and any deadline without sharing wallet secrets.
